Laus

LAUS is a collaboration between Lorenz Haas and Nicola Romanò. The two Swiss musicians from Lucerne bring together their extensive knowledge and experience with contemporary music.

The basis of their first work, “Einsunk” combines German lyrics with elements of contemporary music: Complex rhythmical layers and out of the ordinary melodic lines and harmonies.
Despite it’s influence from many musical genres, LAUS stands out as an absolute original.
“Einsunk”’s high compositional complexity required extensive overdubbing, which in turn supported the surrealism of this music.
