Danny Frankel's long career hitting things includes studying w/ Paul Motian in nyc. ‘Think of Orange and Red when playing the drums’ he used to say.
Danny met Doug Wieselman and Steven Bernstein with the Flying Karamazov Bros. The musical experiences included ‘Wawawa’ by King Oliver and memorizing ‘L'histoire du Soldat’ by Stravinski, and playing it at the Brooklyn Academy of Music during the ‘Next Wave’ festival.
